What does read-only social analytics mean?
Read-only means Social AI Manager can look at your channel and account data but cannot change anything on your behalf. It requests no write or publishing permissions, so it cannot post, edit titles or descriptions, delete content or send messages. It reads analytics through the official YouTube API Services and the Meta Graph API.
What it cannot do
- Create or publish posts or videos
- Edit titles, captions or other metadata
- Delete content
- Reply to comments or send messages
What it reads
For YouTube, channel and video metadata, native counters and watch-time reports. For Instagram, account identity, post metadata, account insights and post metrics. If you grant the optional comment permission, it can also retrieve a bounded page of comments on your own content. The Privacy Policy lists every category of data collected and the permissions requested.
What it never collects
It does not download or store video or audio files, direct messages or revenue data, and it never asks for your Google or Meta password. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
Can you remove access?
Each connected account can be disconnected on its own, which removes stored credentials and stops reads. Access on the provider side may also need removing in your Google or Instagram settings. The Privacy Policy explains the steps.
