How to connect Instagram and YouTube to Social AI Manager
You connect each YouTube channel through Google sign-in and each Instagram professional account (Business or Creator) through Meta, one authorization at a time. Every connected account shows its own status and can be refreshed or disconnected independently. Social AI Manager is a private application, so you need to be an approved channel owner first.
What you need
- An invitation: signing in alone does not grant access.
- For YouTube: a Google login that owns the channel you want to connect.
- For Instagram: a professional Business or Creator account.
Can you connect more than one account?
Yes. You can connect several YouTube channels, including channels authorized with different Google logins, and several Instagram accounts, each authorized separately.
Managing connections
The Connections page lists each account with its connection state and reconnect prompts. Disconnecting one account does not affect the others. Provider-side access may also need removing in your Google or Instagram settings; the Privacy Policy has the details.
